AN ACT CONCERNING REMOVAL OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS
SERVICE CABLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 283 of the general statutes be amended to require that a 1
telecommunications company remove its service cables from a 2
customer's property not later than thirty days after said customer 3
terminates service with such company. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that a telecommunications company remove its service cables
from a customer's property not later than thirty days after termination
of service.
