Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to study opportunities to 1
promote energy efficiency, solar-ready capabilities and storage for 2
green buildings. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To study opportunities to facilitate green buildings.
