AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR RENTAL INCOME LOST
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1
landlords to offset income lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic from the 2
rental of residential and commercial properties. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for landlords to offset income lost due to the
COVID-19 pandemic from the rental of residential and commercial
properties.
