AN ACT ESTABLISHING TAX CREDITS FOR THE COSTS OF COVID-
19-RELATED BUILDING CHANGES AND UPGRADES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish tax credits for the 1
costs of making changes and upgrades to nonresidential buildings to 2
help slow the spread of COVID-19. 3
