AN ACT REVERSING REDUCED MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT
RATES FOR RADIOLOGICAL PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Social Services to reverse a rate reduction for 2
radiological procedures under the Medicaid program that resulted in a 3
payment cut of forty-two per cent for providers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To reverse reduced reimbursements for radiological procedures under
the Medicaid program.
