AN ACT ESTABLISHING CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
FOR PUBLIC ADJUSTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require public 1
adjusters licensed in this state to complete a course of continuing 2
education at least once every two years. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require public adjusters licensed in this state to complete a course of
continuing education at least once every two years.
