24 | 24 | standards governing insurance network leasing contracts provide: (1) 2 | |
25 | 25 | Sufficient transparency before an insurance network may be leased; and 3 | |
26 | 26 | (2) an opportunity for in-network health care providers to approve or 4 | |
27 | 27 | reject a proposed insurance network leasing contract. 5 | |
