AN ACT CONCERNING UNAUTHORIZED PUBLIC PHOTOGRAPHY OF
INDIVIDUALS WITH GENETIC OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to establish a penalty 1
for unauthorized public photography of an individual with a genetic or 2
medical condition. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a penalty for the unauthorized public photography of an
individual with a genetic or medical condition.
