AN ACT PROHIBITING THE RELEASE OF HELIUM BALLOONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the release of helium 1
and other lighter-than-air balloons. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the harm to Long Island Sound and other state waterways from
the release of helium balloons.
