AN ACT SUSPENDING PENALTIES AND INTEREST FOR CERTAIN
LATE FILINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the imposition of penalties and interest for the late filing of 1
permits, fees, taxes or personal property declarations be suspended for 2
one year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To suspend the imposition of penalties and interest for certain late
filings to assist individuals and businesses in response to the COVID-19
pandemic.
