AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY
IMPLEMENTATION OF A UNICAMERAL LEGISLATURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study how to convert the bicameral 1
legislature to a unicameral legislature and to make recommendations 2
concerning such conversion. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To study how to convert the legislature from a bicameral to a unicameral
body.
