AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE STATE
CONTRACTING STANDARDS BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement the 1
recommendations of the State Contracting Standards Board, including 2
mandating competitive bidding on all personal service agreements and 3
purchase of service contracts. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure transparency and competition in state contracting.
