AN ACT CONCERNING THE FRINGE BENEFIT COST FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONSTITUENT UNITS OF THE STATE SYSTEM
OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Comptroller to 1
fund the unfunded pension liability portion of the fringe benefit cost for 2
employees of the constituent units of the state system of higher 3
education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Comptroller to fund the unfunded pension liability
portion of the fringe benefit cost for employees of the constituent units
of the state system of higher education.
