AN ACT CONCERNING ASSAULT OF SCHOOL SECURITY
PERSONNEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53a-167c of the general statutes be amended to add 1
school security personnel to the list of victims of assault for which there 2
is an elevated penalty for committing such assault. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To offer a higher degree of safety and protection for those who work as
school security personnel.
