AN ACT EXPANDING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF A HAIRDRESSING
AND COSMETICIAN LICENSE TO INCLUDE WAXING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the qualifications of 1
a hairdressing and cosmetician license to include waxing. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the qualifications of a hairdressing and cosmetician license
to include waxing.
