AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED CIGARETTES,
TOBACCO PRODUCTS, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY
SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To prohibit the sale of flavored cigarettes, tobacco products, 1
electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect our youth from being targeted by companies selling tobacco
and electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products and their
addictive substances.
