AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT FOR REQUIRED BODY
AND DASHBOARD CAMERAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase reimbursement 1
rates to fifty per cent for all municipalities for the purchase of mandated 2
body-worn recording equipment and dashboard-camera recording 3
equipment. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To assist the municipalities in meeting expenses of public act 20-1 of the
July special session, also known as the Police Accountability Act.
