AN ACT ESTABLISHING MAXIMUM NOISE LEVELS FOR
MOTORCYCLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-80a of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
maximum decibel levels permissible for motorcycles and establish 2
penalties for operating a motorcycle above such decibel levels, including 3
fines and suspension of a motor vehicle operator's license. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish maximum decibel levels permissible for motorcycles and
penalties for operating a motorcycle above such decibel levels.
