1818 AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY APPRAISALS IN FORECLOSURE

2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 That chapter 846 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
2424 in an action to foreclose a mortgage the fair market value of the property 2
2525 subject to foreclosure shall be determined only by a licensed appraiser 3
2626 representing the interests of the property owner. 4
