AN ACT EXPANDING THE BOTTLE BILL TO INCLUDE NIPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the bottle bill to 1
include nip bottles. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the number of nip bottles improperly disposed of on the
road side.
