AN ACT CONCERNING FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS FOR
CUSTOMERS OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require public 1
service companies to offer flexible payment plans for customers during 2
a pandemic. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require public service companies to offer flexible payment plans to
customers during a pandemic.
