AN ACT CONCERNING PREWIRING FOR SOLAR POWER AND
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS FOR ALL NEW
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require new residential 1
construction to provide prewiring for solar power and electric vehicle 2
charging stations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide prewiring for solar power and electric vehicle charging
stations for all new residential construction.
