AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF EQUITY IN THE
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Administrative Services be required to 1
conduct a study of the construction industry in the state, to be 2
completed not later than June 30, 2022, to determine the percentage of 3
construction work in both the public and private sectors that is 4
performed by minority and women-owned businesses. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To determine the percentage of construction work in the state in both
the private and public sectors that is performed by minority and
women-owned businesses.
