22 | 22 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
23 | 23 | Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That chapter 14 of the general statutes be amended to (1) require 1 | |

27 | 27 | Governor to post all communications received or made by such officials 3 | |
28 | 28 | during the prior week and not exempt from disclosure under the 4 | |
29 | 29 | Freedom of Information Act on a central Internet web site every Friday 5 | |
30 | 30 | afternoon, (2) set a fixed time frame within which requests under the 6 | |
31 | 31 | Freedom of Information Act shall be completed, such as forty-eight 7 | |
32 | 32 | days, and (3) require the development of a central location where all 8 | |
33 | 33 | completed requests under the Freedom of Information Act can be stored 9 | |
34 | 34 | and viewed by the public. 10 | |
