AN ACT LEASING A PARCEL OF STATE LAND IN THE TOWN OF
MILFORD TO THE CONNECTICUT AUDUBON SOCIETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection be 1
authorized to lease a parcel of state land in the town of Milford to the 2
Connecticut Audubon Society for the purpose of continuing its use as a 3
nature center to provide public programming. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the lease of a parcel of state land to the Connecticut
Audubon Society.
