AN ACT CONCERNING EQUITY OF SERVICES FOR SENIOR
CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure and coordinate 1
equitable access to food, programming, transportation, emergency and 2
other community services for senior citizens regardless of municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To address inequalities in services for seniors across municipalities.
