AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING VOUCHERS FOR FAMILIES WITH
CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN A SCHOOL CHOICE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-345 of the general statutes be amended to create 1
specialized housing vouchers for families with children participating in 2
a school choice program who would like to move to the higher 3
opportunity community where their child attends school or to a similar 4
higher opportunity community. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To assist families with moving to higher opportunity communities
where their children attend school through a school choice program.
