Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose rent control 1
measures to enable middle-class workers and low-income residents to 2
stay in their communities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure affordable housing for state residents.
