| 25 | 25 | That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to provide that no 1 | |
| 26 | 26 | individual or group health insurance policy that is delivered, issued for 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state and provides 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | coverage for epinephrine cartridge injectors shall impose any 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | coinsurance, copayment, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense for 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | such injectors in an amount that exceeds twenty-five dollars. 6 | |

| 32 | 32 | To cap the out-of-pocket cost for an epinephrine cartridge injector that | |
| 33 | 33 | is covered by an individual or group health insurance policy at twenty- | |
| 34 | 34 | five dollars. |
