26 | 26 | individual or group health insurance policy that is delivered, issued for 2 | |
27 | 27 | delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state and provides 3 | |
28 | 28 | coverage for epinephrine cartridge injectors shall impose any 4 | |
29 | 29 | coinsurance, copayment, deductible or other out-of-pocket expense for 5 | |
30 | 30 | such injectors in an amount that exceeds twenty-five dollars. 6 | |
