AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR FARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that each solar 1
photovoltaic system project located in a municipality comply with all 2
applicable planning and zoning regulations and ordinances of, and the 3
plan of conservation and development for, such municipality. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require solar farms to comply with local planning and zoning laws.
