Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a portion of a highway or bridge in the towns of Tolland or 1
Coventry be named in honor of Trooper First Class Kevin Miller. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To name a portion of a highway or bridge in honor of Trooper First Class
Kevin Miller.
