AN ACT ELIMINATING SERVICE IN TIME OF WAR AS AN ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA FOR VETERANS' BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate service in time of 1
war as an eligibility criteria for veterans' benefits granted by the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate service in time of war as an eligibility criteria for veterans'
benefits granted by the state.
