AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS
FROM PAYING FEES FOR MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR LICENSES
AND REGISTRATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to exempt active duty 1
service members who were not residents of Connecticut at the time of 2
induction from paying fees for motor vehicle operators' licenses and 3
registrations. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt active duty service members who were not residents of
Connecticut at the time of induction from paying fees for motor vehicle
operators' licenses and registrations.
