AN ACT EXCLUDING VETERANS' DISABILITY BENEFITS FROM
QUALIFYING INCOME WHEN DETERMINING PROPERTY TAX

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to exclude veterans' 1
disability benefits from qualifying income when determining eligibility 2
for property tax relief. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exclude veterans' disability benefits from qualifying income when
determining eligibility for property tax relief.
