AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF COVID -19 RELIEF FUNDS 
FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, MENTAL HEALTH, SUICIDE 
PREVENTION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICE PROVIDERS. 
 
SUMMARY: 
The bill requires the Secretary of the Office of Policy and 
Management to distribute grants to certain providers using $10 million 
in undisbursed funds received by the state pursuant to the 
Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the 
Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations 
(CRRSA) Act, P.L. 116-136 and P.L. 116-260, respectively. Grants will 
support private providers of domestic violence, mental health, suicide 
prevention and substance abuse services for individuals experiencing 
such issues as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
