AN ACT ALLOWING NONPROFITS TO RETAIN EXCESS GRANT
FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow nonprofits to retain 1
any grant funds awarded by the state that remain unspent at the end of 2
the fiscal year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow nonprofits to retain unspent grant funds from the state.
