18	18	AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR NONPROFIT PROVIDERS OF
19	19	HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
20	20	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
21	21	Assembly convened:

23	23	That a total of sixty-seven million dollars be appropriated to the 1
24	24	Department of Social Services, the Department of Developmental 2
25	25	Services and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, 3
26	26	from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, and a 4
27	27	total of fifty-one million dollars be appropriated to said departments, 5
28	28	from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, and that 6
29	29	the general statutes be amended to require appropriations to said 7
30	30	departments from the General Fund in the amount of fifty-four million 8
31	31	dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, thirty-four million 9
32	32	dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, and thirty-five million 10
33	33	dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with all such 11
34	34	appropriations being for the purpose of increasing funding for 12

41	41	To increase funding for certain health and human services nonprofit
42	42	providers over the next five fiscal years and leverage federal matching
43	43	funds over that period.
