3434 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

3737 That the general statutes be amended to reduce Citizens' Election 1
3838 Program grant amounts for legislative candidates by ten per cent and 2
3939 that those funds be redirected to the Department of Emergency Services 3
4040 and Public Protection for the purpose of restoring funding to the state-4
4141 wide firearms trafficking task force, established pursuant to section 29-5
