AN ACT EXCLUDING MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENTS AND OVERTIME
PAY FROM THE CALCULATION OF RETIREMENT INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude reimbursements to 1
state employees for mileage and payments for overtime from the 2
calculation of salary for purposes of determining retirement income. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To save the state money and reduce the unfunded pension liability.
