| 20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |

| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) require local boards of 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | education to file a copy of the end of year school report required 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | pursuant to section 10-227 of the general statutes with the town clerk in 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | the municipality where the board of education is located, provided all 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | special education expenses and information identifying individual 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | students shall be redacted from such report and any revisions, and (2) 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | permit a town board of finance to increase, decrease or eliminate any 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | noneducational expense set forth in a proposed budget by a local board 8 | |
