AN ACT CONCERNING LATER HIGH SCHOOL START TIMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
regularly scheduled instruction classes before 8:30 a.m. in any public 2
high school. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase educational outcomes and overall productivity among high
school students.
