| 23 | 23 | Department of Education to conduct a comprehensive audit of the 2 | |
| 24 | 24 | provision of remote learning by school districts in the state, and that 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | such audit will (1) examine the efficacy of remote learning and hybrid 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | learning and the potential to leverage technology for teaching in other 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | scenarios and rethinking the delivery of instruction, (2) identify a 6 | |
| 28 | 28 | system of metrics to hold districts accountable for remote learning 7 | |
| 29 | 29 | access and equity, and (3) review and make recommendations 8 | |
| 30 | 30 | regarding ongoing public education requirements, including what 9 | |
| 31 | 31 | defines a "school day", by aligning technology and how remote 10 | |
