AN ACT ADDRESSING LEARNING LOSS CAUSED BY THE
PANDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Education to develop a program to identify and provide 2
individualized support to students whose attendance and participation 3
in school dropped during the 2020-2021 school year. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To make sure all students get a high-quality education.
