AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE AUDITORIUM AT FITCH MIDDLE SCHOOL IN
GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, the proceeds of which shall be used to provide a grant-3
in-aid to the town of Groton for the renovation of the auditorium at Fitch 4
Middle School. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To renovate the auditorium at Fitch Middle School in Groton.
