AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL -BASED
MENTAL HEALTH CLINICS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish school-1
based mental health clinics. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that school communities have access to social, emotional and
mental health services.
