AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF REMOTE AND HYBRID
LEARNING ON STUDENTS WITH 504 PLANS AND IEPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to initiate a study of how 1
current remote and hybrid learning has affected students with plans 2
pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended 3
from time to time, or students with individualized education programs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To initiate a study of how current remote and hybrid learning has
affected students with 504 plans or IEPs.
