CARNIVALS AND EXHIBITIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of wild 1
animals in circuses, carnivals and exhibitions. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of wild animals in circuses, carnivals and
exhibitions.
