AN ACT CONCERNING POLYSTYRENE PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the use of polystyrene 1
trays in schools and containers by restaurants. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the use of polystyrene products.
