AN ACT CONCERNING WATER CONSERVATION STANDARDS FOR
HOME APPLIANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to assure that water 1
conservation standards in home appliances not be supplanted by lower 2
federal standards. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require greater water conservation standards for home appliances.
