AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF PFAS IN FIREFIGHTING FOAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of PFAS in 1
firefighting foam and establish a take-back program for such products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of PFAS in firefighting foam.
